Well I have to say a contractor that showed up for the estimate on time and started and ended the work as he said. The only issue was the inspection time, but that was it. We had a few late inspections but it all looks great.

JOE...you indeed are a rare gem....No one will ever build decks like you do or even come close to duplicating your workmanship...went over to Bhenekes and picked up a Timbertech Book that went into detail covering a number of deck items. Book is titled TimberTech less work more life.Aso titled Deck and dryspace installation and maintenance guide. recommend you acquire some of these for insertation with your final invoice. Don't forget 9/12....JIM
